This is my second positive review for Temecula Rancho Pueblo location. I just had a second very positive interaction with the store manager. Trish at this site is by far an exceptional manager with exceptional people skills and very responsive! Her customer service is wonderful.

This property is maintained immaculately and is in a very safe location. The front desk is extremely accommodating and quick to notify and resolve any issues. Tricia and her team go above and beyond and are a pleasure to work with.

I have a had a very positive experience at this location. Trish at the Temecula Rancho Pueblo location is by far the BEST management I've dealt with. Her customer service is wonderful. I've been here a long time and have seen this place go through a lot of changes. I've also dealt with other storage companies in the area as well. I will still continue to rent here above and beyond anyone else in the area. Trish is amazing!!!

Had a great experience here. Left message through the website, had a call back same morning which I missed and Stephen left a detailed message. I called back, Stephen spent the time over the phone getting all the details sorted out, went over pricing. All signed up there and then. Very easy very professional process. Thank you Stephen for everything. I loved from one storage facility by another company to this one as the opening times are better and the cost was lower. Thanks for everything.

I've been using this facility for a few months now and the front office staff have been exceptionally helpful. The value for the storage is good, until the computers at corporate ups the cost. No reflection on the staff in local office.
