How come your charging your current customers way more for less space than your offering here? You hiked the rent up from 125 to over 200 dollars for a tiny storage unit. When your offering a bigger storage here for way less. Are you punishing your current customers? Or are you going to wait for people to get in there then raise the rent the next month to twice as high then lock people out after they cant afford so you can sell their stuff!!!!!!!!!

I have a 10x15 storage space that I was already paying an astronomical amount of $300 per month. I then received a rate increase to $389(+25%) without a single notice. When I call in the staff member tells me it was sent out, but I disagree. He tells me he has to put in a message to his area manager to see what they can do, but no timeline of when I can expect an answer. Even though we told them 30 days in advance that we were moving out they still charged us for the time between our move out date and anniversary date. Big corporation does not care about taking care of its customers.

I needed to expand our storage capacity with this Exyraspace. The agent wanted to discuss that by yelling at each other through the door. I'm not going to try to do business by yelling through a door. I'll find another storage facility. Totally unreasonable.

The experience I had with place was HORRIBLE ! They over charged me with auto pay and told me the payment would reverse . It never did ! It took 3 weeks to finally get it resolved. But I was not pleased with the outcome . I was told they would refund my money but turned around credited next months rent . That's not what I wanted nor was it what I was told. Brea does not not what she is doing and she is the manager .

Worst experience with a storage rental place ever. Raised our rent after six months after telling us it was for a year. Also placed a lien with an $85 fee on our unit and set it to auction after we were 32 days late because they deleted our credit card off our auto debit. But would not admit fault to deleting the card off of our account. Would never recommend this business to anyone, horrible customer service.

I would not recommend anyone rent a Storage unit here. Our company rented a unit here to store company property and several of our valuable items were stolen. No sign of forced entry. Zach Foreman, the store manager said he wasn't able to access any relevant footage on their security cameras. I asked him for the Regional managers contact & he refused to give it to me. He gave me his name, Randy Gasper, but said they don't give his ph# because he'd be getting calls for meaningless incidents. As a result, we are taking our bus... read more

I've had nothing but issues from the start. First, the most ridiculous has been forgetting to remove the lock on my unit. I went with movers that I was paying by the hour and to my surprise they never took off their lock! What an ordeal. Due to the office being closed, I called the 800 number and they guaranteed someone would call me back shortly. Waited and waited and nothing. I didn't get a call back until the next day. Tried to upgrade to a larger unit they would mot budge on price, i got in at a lower price originally and now they basically want to charge double to get another 50 sq feet. Major safety issue is yard lighting does not work on back units, there is no back up lighting. Was suppose to be fixed in January, huge lie, told it will not be fixed until august at the soonest. Do hope extra space has retained good legal council in the interim. Next call city code enforcement.
