Laura was super helpful and nice. It was actually an enjoyable experience to go through the rental process with her. We are satisfied with the unit and facility.

The staff was curtious and efficient. The facility is easily accessed. Could use a few more carts. There are four cart stalls at the upper level, but only one cart.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Extra Space Storage facility and feel compelled to share my concerns. Last year, in August 2024, I rented a 10x10 storage unit for $124.20. By the end of my lease, just over a year later, my bill had increased to $236.20. It is unacceptable that the rent for my unit was raised every 2-4 months, under the justification that your rates were "matching current market rates" -- a claim I believe to be inaccurate. ROBBERY.... If you think your stuff is safe at any Extra Space Storage BEWARE. Our son was robbed at a extra space storage 2 weeks before,my unit was robbed in Temecula. I received a call from Sasha, to let me know my unit (inside) had been broken into and that they drug my safe out into the hallway and cut it apart. NO ONE HEARD OR SAW ANYTHING. NO SECURITY. The storage unit itself is fine, nothing special. Except it was infested with ants when I moved in. My issue is with them raising the price dramatically after about 3 months. Went up by $80 a month with no explanation, from $220 to $310. I would move out, but I moved across country on military orders for a while, so it is extremely difficult to get back there just to move storage units. What a pain. We've had multiple break-ins, stollen property, there's a lack of security and nothing is being done about it.
DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE! There has been multiple break-ins and the place is not secure. The quality of the cameras is pathetic and some are missing. They will not tell you any of this when you rent a space or even after you are in. We have had two spaces broken into to the tune of 15K. There are also many other people who have had the same issue. You do not have to take my word for it. Contact Riverside Sheriff Dept. to verify.
