This is the absolute WORST company to work for. BEWARE!!! This company (specifically pointing you to the location in **********, **) has a history of DOUBLING your rent in as few as 1-3 months after you sign up with them and actually MOVE IN. Look at the ****** Reviews from two individuals that this happened to. There are probably more, but no one came forward yet. My rent went from $58.13 in April 2024 to $116.26 two months later. Price increase $72 to $129 without any advance notice and when I complain, they offered me six dollars but had overbuild me twice for a lock I never requested and also for the non-computer price as if I walked in and never gave me an adjustment for that and would not let me close my unit on the day they built me they claim they need advanced notice, but I didnt get any advance notice
I had a storage unit At LifeStorage in *********, ** for many years, prior to them taking over from *********. I asked what the protocol was for moving out, of notice was needed or payment different. I was told nothing ---In May my autopayment was made for the upcoming month, I moved out on June 5th, fully expecting a refund for 18 days. Never came. Awful experience terrible horrible be careful of them stealing your money
Just reiterating all of the reviews below. Two different units in different states. Both doubled in price in the course of the first year because they know it is a pain to move. Their subsidiary life storage is just as bad. Don't use this company.

This place should be held criminally liable for how they try and keep your stuff from you when you tell them you're moving out. I've lost things with sentimental value as have my family members that I stored items for. I can't believe it's all gone because of these people.
Never Store with this company!!! They took over storquest who I had a month to month lease agreement. I have never signed any agreement with them yet created new undisclosed fees while they hiked existing fees, unbenounced to customers. They refuse to honor they existing contract and implied that a letter saying they were new management was sufficient to hike fees. If you do not pay the new fees you loose your items.
