THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER WENT THROUGH AT AT STORAGE UNIT MY STORAGE WAS BROKEN INTO AND RANSACKED SMH EVERYTHING OF HIGH VALUE I OWNED IS GONE! SOMEONE TOOK MY THING AND PICKED MY LOCK AND TOOK THIER TIME TO GO THROUGH AND SHOP IN MY STORAGE UNIT THAT I PAY TO HAVE MY THINGS SECURE! WHAT A JOKE THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!

I moved out my apartment of November of 2023. I made my reservation and put all my personal items even my children school stuff in there because they are special needs children. I had to downsize my new apartment.So, I went to the storage just so will do a bait and switch scheme to advertise people to get a storage if and when for FREE for one month. I started a lease for a storage unit in July 2022 at $11/month. I received a notice a year later in August 2023 saying my rate would jump to $30/month. Then recently, not even a year after my last increase, I received a notice saying my rate would jump again to $40/month. My monthly has more than tripled in less than 2 years. This reeks of price gouging and bait and switch business tactics.

HorribleIve run into financial difficulties and once my payment was 6 days late they charged a $20 late fee. No big deal. But on day 21 they charged a $120 pre foreclosure fee. Thats a 160% late fee on an account that isnt 30 days late. Avoid like the plague.

this is for the one run by "*****" over in federal way. i called to take care of my bill. full disclosure i rented when it was under a different company and made sure it was a great fit for me. part of this meant that I was able to access my account while i was overseas. they changed companies about three months ago. This meant that i was no longer able to access my online account. it also apparently meant that autopay no longer was working. Do not rent at most places bait switch price they dont care every 3 months price increases rude ignorant people from corporate Mormen **** ! From on site management to field management they dont care ! You will be sorry and have to move out ! Price from 112$to 344$ discusting company your warned ! Stay away you most likely be sorry! The truth ! No cares ! You will be moving your stuff ! And pay movers !

Price gouging and trapping people into higher rates than they budgeted for. I bought at $295 and am now paying $466 only 18 months into what I thought would be my long term small business storage. No warning and the worst is that when you look online at same size unit it goes for $237!! Terrible business I don't think their goal is to keep tenants it's to sell your unit at auction when they price you out. DO NOT USE THEM!

The facility is clean. They seem to have elevator issues often. Less than two months into our rental, they increased the price from $94 to $174. That is outrageous bait and switching. They should have a class action lawsuit against them.

This is for the ********************************************* location.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I recently had several items stolen from my unit, totaling ~$400. When I filled out the police report, the officers who arrived mentioned that they were just there a few days prior for another burglary. The strange thing about my situation is that the lock was COMPLETELY intact and worked fine. I only noticed things were missing once I started looking for items.
