David is exceptional! Customer service at its best. He handled my Auction purchase with ease. He went out of his way to accommodate my requests.
David has always been super helpful and really nice. He went to bat for me with upper management and got what I needed done. Site is always clean. Highly recommend!!

|I haven't been there yet due to all of the smoke, but setting up an account and renting a space was a breeze. These are very service oriented and they follow through with everything. Can't wait to see the facility! I'll add more later.

Each and every office staff at this location were ALWAYS so accommodating, polite, friendly, and respectful. Their facility is CLEAN, they have elevators and flatbeds for customer use. We weren't with them long since we were moving, but within the time we were there, we moved to a larger unit and they found one literally across the hall for an EASY transfer, then when we thought we needed a second unit, they again, reserved one that was the closest to our other one. I reserved my unit online with a great special, went to the site and had my gate code in about 15 min. Andrew was so helpful and nice, making sure that I was able to move right in and have the accessability I asked for. The site is very clean and well maintained and well lit inside the building my unit is in.
Great Experience with Extra Storage. Worked primarily with Andrew who was very pleasant and customer oriented. If have future needs for storage, will definitely use Extra Space Storage in Beaverton.
