Called the corporate number first and she was incredibly friendly, very helpful. She directed me to the loca storage and that guy was friendly as well and gave good quality service!
Online reservation was very easy to do. Store Manager called to confirm rental and set up online access. Really like the touchless renting features of getting gate codes & locks for the actual unit. Only drawback is the unit was a little smaller than expected - 9x18.5 instead of the stated 10x20.
