I'm a no nonsense, don't sell me anything, type of lady. I reserved online a unit that wouldn't be big enough, and the guys found me a bigger unit, with an even better First Month discount offer. They've also emailed twice and left a personal voicemail in UNDER A MONTH just to make sure everything is ok A+ service in my book. And I'm a rough critic!

Staff was extremely helpful given my circumstances. My job keeps me out of town most of the week. A 5x5 opened up and I called immediately, Jeff and Andrew were very accommodating in setting me up with the unit, and within about 6 hours. Easy to find and hours that are flexible with most schedules.

We just started using external storage again after using another local facility about 15 years ago. The space is clean, the hours are convenient and Tami, the local manager, is a really nice person. Everything is convenient and I think we're in for a great experience!

Just signed up for a unit here last week on short notice. The reservation process was very smooth and speedy, as was the on-site paperwork. Actually, they have the whole registration process electronified with e-signatures, which lets them move through it very quickly. I was glad to have the signed documents delivered electronically to my in-box - less paperwork clutter in my office! On-site staff was amazingly helpful and friendly despite being in the midst of a frantic and busy day. Overall great experience.

I was given short notice to move out of where I was living, and was unable to get a new place to live in the time period I had, so I needed a storage unit. Right now storage units in this part of town seem a little scarce, so it was great to find Extra Space Storage (I stored with them in Ohio when I was in college), and their rates are a bit lower than the other places available. I cannot sing the praises of Tami and the folk over at Extra Space Storage enough. My wife and I had a harrowing experience with our move. But the coordination between my father-in-law and Tami at Extra Space Aloha made putting the bulk of our things in storage so smooth that every time I go by Extra Space I breath a sigh of relief remembering the one thing that went right from the beginning. Thanks Tami, from the bottom of my heart. Five stars are not enough.

Just secured a unit here and the phone reservation process was smooth, web pricing honored and advice as to proper unit size for our things. I always read reviews before selecting a service like this and the quality of onsite management here (Tammy) came up often. Spoke on the phone once and interacted with Tammy twice during signup and move-in only to discover everything positive I read was very accurate about her and thus location. Feel great about our choice and highly recommend this location.

I had set up a storage unit with another place on 160th and TV highway, when i went to move in they locked me out of my unit and didn't have an emergency contact! I decided to go with extra space and am very pleased with them. not only did they save me about 15 a month verses the other place, its cleaner they gave me my first month free.
