Best storage facility in Palm Springs. Not only the pricing is great, location is near centrally located, the staff will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is " Top notch! " Victor and Hector made my experience a memorable one just for the fact I was the #1 priority. No distractions just complete attentiveness to the customer. The experience was so grand i have two storage spaces with them and will definitely make them the first amd probably the only facility i will use.
Great customer service both on the phone and in person. Prices are awesome if you catch a deal like I did. More than happy!

Everyone here is quite professional and customer-oriented. Hector is a really good manager with a great disposition. I stored my large art canvases in one of the climate-controlled facilities, and never had a problem or an issue. Thanks, guys!

My experience with Extra Space was quite positive. Booked a space online, over a weekend, rec'd a followup call Monday to confirm my arrival date and confirmed the needed size for the motorcycle I was to store. What cinched the 5 stars for me, was when I arrived and met the onsite manager, Hector, who took me to view the unit, he realized that the particular unit he'd booked me wasn't going to work due its configuration. Since my foreclosure and being laid off, I have used storage facilities in Coachella Valley. I found this one being average, due to its service. The facility functions great; never had problem with the gate, ez access to my unit, there is flat bed cart in each building, and AC always was working. But the service is not consistent. I arrived on first day to move in and their computers were down. They wanted me to come back, later.
