This facility is clean, secure, climate controlled and has great lighting. The elevators are large and they have carts available for you to use. Ample parking is available too. John and JJ were very helpful from my first inquiry through the day we moved items into storage. They explained everything and followed through with information when there was a computer problem during my renting of the space. Professional and congenial staff.
As far as the facility goes, this place is excellent. I was a huge fan until I received an increase in the monthly rate, (10% higher) literally a month after I moved in. Just something to keep in mind when you sign up. I certainly expect there to be incremental increases from time to time, but that's just a bit much, and a bit too soon.
To sum up my 2 reviews: this is business done right. Special thanks again to John and Cathy at this location! Update to my review, 7 months later: I'm still confident about my 5-star rating. I just moved out of my storage unit today (woohoo!) and checkout was easy and painless. I received excellent customer service from start to finish at this location, particularly by John -- he's a very nice and helpful man. I'm very impressed with this storage facility. It's conveniently located, easy to use, organized, and very clean. The staff is very helpful, nice and caring. The store manager, Edward Rivas has been so wonderful to work with and has been very helpful and understanding. The assistant manager John Adams is also great. I've already recommended this place to so many people. If anyone needs storage space, I highly recommend this place!
Excellent storage facility, customer focus and service exceptional. We had Edward as our representative and he explains every detail and works with the customer to make sure we are happy. The facility is clean, lots of lighting and very secure. My wife and I highly recommend this storage facility.

For the first time I didn't feel like it was a hassle to get things into a storage. The customer service from Edward and the other gentlemen were amazing. I don't think I will ever go to another storage facility ever again. They made me feel comfortable and trusted by providing carts free of charge.
These guys took very good care of me. Moving in and out was easy. I found it to be clean, and prices more reasonable than other storage chain.
John and Lou were nice and professional. Everything was explained clearly. They do electronic contracts-so green of them! It is a new and clean facility. They have ample parking, a nicely graded ramp, several carts, loading dock and two elevators (that need your access code to access your floor) for your convenience.
