Thank you Extra Space! You made the nightmare of moving so much easier. At the last minute you allowed me to reserve a spot and made sure all of my stuff would fit. The price was right also and allowed me to store for a short period until my place was ready The customer service here is amazing. If I had to store again I would ravel to this location simply because of the service.

Extra Space at this location was great! I reserved a spot shortly before they closed, the manager Lauren was very nice, and I got my things in! Considering I moved during a snowstorm, it was nice that I was able to be helped fairly quickly.

From the first inquisitive phone call to Lauren for info to the day that I got a phone call from her employee who noticed that the lock on our door wasn't set properly, I have felt completely comfortable with our choice to store our valuables. Everyone is easy to work with and extremely helpful. Everything is clean, everyone is courteous, and everybody in my family is content! Thank you Extra Space Storage!

I moved some things into storage a few days ago, and am completely satisfied with the experience so far. The person I talked to on the phone was courteous, the online express signup went fine, and the person behind the desk was considerate and helpful. When I got my unit, I was on my way somewhere else and had just a few minutes to spare; the staff person really hustled to get me checked in promptly. The place is clean and appears to be secure.

Thus far this storage facility is the best I have rented at.Have had this unit only a week. In the past I have rented at four different facilities. This place is clean everywhere, including inside the unit into which I moved my items. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. I like the way the whole site was planned: specifically the way the driveways between the units' flow downhill to drains and are banked for the rainwater fro flow to the center of the roadway rather than toward the units on either side of the road... read more

After researching several competitors I found the office to be incredibly clean and the staff helpful. The manager Lauren was very informative while training a new gentleman at the same time. Price was not the cheapest i've seen but the staff made up for that.

I would give this more than 3 stars BUT for the fact that, as I have read from other review sites, they did indeed wait a couple months and then jack up the monthly rental price - in our case by 16%. This is a shoddy business model - is it even legal? Other than that - facility is definitely the best we looked at - clean, well maintained, secure and helpful staff.

I recently moved here from Indiana. Let me tell you. These people were so polite & patient with me. If you give them the details up front, they will be completely up front with you. Just know what you need and they can help. I definitely recommend this facility.

Prices likely to change like the weather with this place. If you don't have that kind of money go elsewhere. I like that security and accessibility but the price is too much.
