This place is terrible. Good luck finding a cart and the people who work here never walk the floors to check and see where they are. I went there to put some stuff in my unit and of coarse there were no carts available. I just happened to walk up to the 2nd floor to go around to the other side of the building in hopes of finding one, and there was one just sitting there in the middle of the isle. In-laws were moving out of their place and the new place wasn't ready so we had to put their stuff in a storage in the mean time. First month free?! Catchy. But don't forget the fine print. They made us pay a move-in fee. And don't forget the insurance that they say is mandatory. At the end of the month, we took mostly everything out except maybe 2 small boxes of trash. Was a fan when I first signed up with them. The staff is friendly and the area is relatively clean. My one year contract expires and they decide to jack up the price a whole lot. When I ask them about being refunded the unused portion of my monthly rent, they tell me that they don't issue refunds and that I should have told them in advance so that I could pay my last bill on a prorated basis. Now, I'm no longer a fan!!!

Price Gauging. I'd give them 2 stars because my stuff wasn't ruined, but after writing this post, I just got so mad again, I'm giving them 1 star. BUT, they added on extra fees when I signed on. Then, they add $1 to get a printout of the bill? Then, I didn't want to buy insurance (because, by law, it's not mandatory) but they kept saying it was mandatory and I sent multiple emails to their office and headquarters to get confirmation that it was mandatory. The storage facility itself is OK BUT they raise their rates each new contract. Not by $4-$5...more like $10-$12!! I'm in the process of looking for a new facility.

The building design is terrible. Someone always seems to park in front of the one elevator. Yes, only ONE elevator. You will be waiting and waiting and waiting. There are no carts on Sundays. Parking is a pain. They even called to say my payment was late when I had automatic credit card billing. Now, a year later, they sent an email claiming I owned back rent. I called them back and they said it was a computer error. Run, don't walk, somewhere else.
