Signed up recently and Kacie was super helpful, the place is spotless and secure. I haven't had an issue but I'm sure if I did they would go above and beyond to help me out. Always a friendly smile when I've needed to go into the office, really great customer service here.
Sign up was cake, checkout was cake. Did monthly automatic payments so everything was a breeze.
This facility is well managed with very knowledgeable employees that will assist you as needed. In particular, Kacie was very helpful. With respect to inside storage, some of the corner are difficult to negotiate when moving long items such as ladders.
Mostly very good: - Staff very friendly and helpful - Clean - Easy access to the unit The *only* beef I have is that they did not mention the required insurance ($12 or 22 per month?) when I inquired on the phone. Even after asking if there were any hidden charges. Not a big deal, but it really should be mentioned so people can make informed decisions when deciding between facilities.
Love this place, love the people, very clean, good rates, conveniently located, wonderful security, Highly recommended.
I had a great experience here. My SO found them somehow on the interwebs and I went to set it all up. David (Manager) and Kacie were very very helpful and friendly. I also, by chance, met the CEO and another executive during my visit and they were very friendly to speak with as well. Would I recommend them to others? Without hesitation. My parents had their stuff stored here for about 7 years, and then last year due to my dad's health problems, I had to transfer over the lease to my name since my dad wasn't able to pay for it anymore. They were very helpful and understanding through that process (especially since my dad had missed a month payment), and the process to switch over was painless. Yes ! This branch is the BEST!!! I have been with this branch for about 8 years and have rented larger space, downsized to a smaller one and then again adding additional spaces - through all of these - with the help of all their wonderful Staff - Casey and David specially !!!
