Fast friendly help. Great location and property is well maintained. Prices are pretty reasonable.
Staff friendly and professional; manager showed me different options for space and prices. Facility well maintained: lighting good, easy to manage door for storage cubicle, large elevator, cool temperature. Good access hours; this was one of the important criteria for me. Good quality lock that provides good security at a reasonable price available for purchase in the office.
The rental experience is second to none! Excellent customer service and ease of access to units are just some positive points of doing business with Extra Space! Overall a very satisfying experience! Since my initial rental date I have recommended Extra Space Storage to family and friends!
