Our entire experience from the call to rent a storage space up until going in person and receiving help was 10/10. We wanted to say that the manager kyle was very awesome and attentive with our needs. Glad this was our first choice for renting a storage space ! mahalo

Customer service here is TOP notch! From the moment I walked into the door! I asked to view a unit and Maili was very helpful and knowledgeable. She brought me up to see and I decided to take it. The process was super easy and very quick! I love the climate control and the easy access.

So I went to extra space storage looking for rent out a storage unit cause we just bought a house and wanted to store our belonging that we are takin to the new house instead of doing it all one time at less we can go thru to see what we want and donate, or throw away what is unnecessary they helped out big time they are so helpful and great ppl!.thank you for makin the process so easy

New and clean facility with central air and easy access. Friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend!
These guys have been great to work with. I'm on the mainland and working with the Hilo location for storage of goods. Maile and her staff have been helpful with getting my agent on the Island set up for the delivery. My only gripe is the cost. My unit cost went up 25% after a couple of months.

I was looking for a last minute storage place a while ago and after making a few phone calls I was able to to get my unit in only about 30 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
