I had the most amazing customer service from this company. I'd recommend this establishment to any and all people who see this or ask me for recommendations. 5 stars for both of there locations.
I have used Extra Space Storage for the past three years. They are absolutely amazing! The staff are always willing to answer questions or help out and the availability to get into your unit is great. I would highly recommend them for all your storage needs!

Made reservation over the phone. Maile the Office Manager called to confirm my appointment. I was half hour early but Maile was kind enough and took me early. The storage space was clean and air con. Highly recommend this establishment.

There's no other place I'd reccomend if you need a storage unit in Hilo! Not only do you get amazing service here by Kyle and Maile, but this place is kept clean and is a very safe area to rent. Kyle was very professional and answered all my questions I had regarding the storages! Rates are great here and team is very trust worthy!

Very clean facility, secure, and friendly staff. I've used other storage facilities in Hilo and nothing compares to Extra Space Storage on Kuawa St.
In the midst of a chaotic move, Extra Space Storage felt like an oasis each time I made a trip there. They have plenty of flat carts available for use in the lobby, making moving in and out of the unit much quicker and easier. There's even a nice clean restroom available next to the elevators. You can access your unit anytime day or night, but the office is open Monday-Saturday 9-6, I believe. Super satisfied with our new storage set up and outstanding customer service provided by Kyle. He was very knowledgeable, came up with a fast quote and we got set up with our unit shortly after. Definitely would recommend to anyone, clean facility, friendly and professional staff, can't go wrong!
The service and facilities here are great. Everything seems clean and orderly. The only problem we had was with the terminology. Don't assume that a "5 x 10" actually measures 5 feel by 10 feet. And don't assume when you're told on the phone that a unit is available, that it won't have a big post in the door way of the unit. Its very important for you to visit to select your unit.
