Leilani was super easy to work with, she was very informative and they offered good pricing. Tracy was super friendly and welcoming to Extra Storage. Would recommend if you're in need of a storage unit, process was pretty seamless.

I recently opened a storage at Extra Space Campbell. Tracy was a dream to work with! She really made our experience pleasant. She was patient and walked through a number of space options with us to make sure we got the space we really need. She was courteous so very helpful! We love our space there and I appreciate the extra security as I want to feel safe as a woman when I am there alone. Thank you to Tracy and the folks at Extra Space Storage Campbell!!

I worked with Tracy to get a unit for a month only. She was very helpful during the check in and out processing. She wore a mask and social distanced during all interactions. The facility was clean, gated, and my overall experience was a great one. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing extra storage space.

We needed a quick, large storage space to store our entire house of furniture, boxes, everything. Extra Space was clean, odorless, and security conscious, along with being close, and covid prepared. Lovely staff, her innate kindness felt reassuring and she really worked to get us competitive pricing. Thank You ESP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: 8/6/18 I just received a call from Ryan concerning my CC on file. The monthly payment wasn't able to go through. That was expected since my wallet had been stolen two weeks back and I had to cancel all my cards. The credit card company issued a new card for me which I received the other day. Thank goodness I had it on me so I was able to give him the new card number. He did not charge me a penalty and ALSO gave me the # of my unit. I am very happy for his help.
