I was told that I can use their moving truck for free but they failed to tell me that it was for just the first 14 days. I'm moving my stuff out of storage today.

I have never been so insulted in my life. These people at Extra Space Storage have been the most impolite, irresponsible, and unaccountable people in the service industry that I have ever encountered. I work for a gentleman that has a large storage unit at this facility. The space is so tall that it can easily accommodate a second floor allowing for more Storage space and easier access. This place is a joke! The management is incredibly rude, she is a short fat lady that walks around yelling at everybody if anything is outside of your storage unit.....how are you supposed to pack or unpack your storage unit or even get inside of it to get stuff out without taking anything out and putting it in the hallways? They are incredibly overpriced and they continuously raise their monthly rates! I currently have a storage unit here. Getting ready to give my notice to move all my stuff out. They quoted me one price initially, then, when I was all set to sign up, they gave me a different price based on the mandatory insurance policy. They also told me that every storage facility requires insurance. That left my total for the smallest unit they had at $81/month. A couple of weeks ago, I showed up to move my belongings out of storage but could find no push carts to move things to my car (this facility has primarily inside storage access). Was told by office staff that I could not use any of the carts they had in the showroom area since they had to be checked out via credit card & driver's license copies & only during office hours and it was closing time.
