I've had a unit at this storage unit for a year or so now, and I've got nothing but great things to say about this place. I use this facility to receive packages for my business and the managers themselves ensure that I receive them as soon as they get shipped to me from FedEx. I have never had a missing package as a result over the past year. The managers, David and Sheila are amazing and help keep this place running smoothly. Very nice managers. Units are clean, staff is friendly. I have had a storage unit here for many years, business account. National business discount nice to offset the price of the unit. 1-2 x per year price does increase. That is a corporate level issue, not a local manager issue. The online quotes and the in person quotes do differ, but again, a corporate level issue. The units are temperature controlled on floor 3, but can feel it on the other two levels too. Local and convenient.

The storage facility is clean and the staff/management is super nice. I would have given them 5-stars, except for the sharp rate increase. If I need temporary storage in the future, I would definitely go to this Extra Space Storage (on Curtner, in Campbell) first. For long-term storage needs, though, I would have to look into more cost-effective alternatives.

Had a storage unit here for about a year. They were consistently raising the rates. Multiple times I had to talk to the manager to get a lower rate. Manager was nice enough to lower my rate once, however, they still raised the rent. Within the one year that I was there, they raised the rent 3 times. Their elevator has been broken for a minimum of 5 months, we're moving out today, the movers had to move everything by stairs. TYE CALLED BACK, sounded like an unprofessional kid, wouldn't stop talking to listen. Started being rude, I kept saying let me talk, he said, you've told me the problem, what else do you want me to do! I have had my storage space(s) for over 20 years. When Shiela and Her husband were there it was great. They bent over backwards to be helpful. Now, apparently CORPORATE has gotten in and want to make all of the money they can without helping their old time customers. I sized down from 3 LARGE storage spaces to one 10X20. Renters be advised that the fees they quote are not valid until the lease is signed!! We have rented over 4 years and decided to downsize one size. I went in one morning to see a smaller unit, chose the unit I wanted and was told the price of the unit, agreed to the unit and the price, told the manager to hold the unit for me until the next day due to being late for another meeting. THESE PEOPLE ARE COLD, AND HEARTLESS!!!! THEY WILL SELL THE ITEMS IN YOUR STORAGE UNIT!!! I recently lost my Father and had to leave the country unexpectedly because of his illness. I have been their customers for over four years. Overall rental was very expensive and the space is not very labeled, it is hard to find. Their manager claimed that my movers damaged their elevator during one of my moves, and try to charge me with their elevator repair bill. Their district manager is super rude over the phone as well.
