Decent price for the space. Reason for not giving 5 stars is because my location changed their business hours to open 1 hour later everyday.

The young man who helped me was very smart. He looked up where my original storage unit was, as we were moving to a different one and made it convenient for me, by getting one on the same floor. He made the move so easy for us. He was very helpful and professional!

I had compared a bunch of storage facilities around Brooklyn and decided to come here based off their reviews from other customers and the friendly customer service I received when I called the storage facility. Patricka and Bisham were so incredibly helpful and patient with me and all the questions/concerns I had. They went above and beyond to ease my concerns and were so friendly when doing so. They explained everything in detail and were so accommodating overall. Will use them anytime I’m in need of storage.
