Excellent staff, didn’t mind walking back and forth with me to gain access. Very accommodating. Went there for an auction unit, they didn’t have any carts available so I had to make many trips back and forth. One of the gentleman was kind enough to meet me at the elevator with a cart as soon as one became available. I didn’t get his name, but that’s service!
Very smooth and easy process from getting a unit to moving out. The staff are very helpful and informative. Shout out to James for being awesome!!
James was very friendly and actually waited extra time to help a pair of helpless women! Just kidding but he really did wait and allowed us to feel comfortable and do our storing in a good time that was comfortable for us. He is a wonderful employee and we are appreciative of James.
Customer service is superb - Jose assisted me with getting a unit. The whole facility is clean and easy to navigate. Definitely reccomed!
James Barnes at the Bay Ridge location did a tremendous job explaining all our options. He was polite knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will chose Extra space due to James professionalism.
