Horrible! The late fees are over $100 a month on a $150 month rental. They will auction your items without notifying you. They will not produce proof that they ever contacted you about the auction. They will not give you an itemized statement of your account. The auctioneer they privately sold to will then contact you. The "auctioneer" now wants me to buy back my personal paperwork and children's memory boxes for no less than $2,000. I need to make my offer "worth it for 3 partners".
