I met with Bishop and Char to rent a storage unit. The facilities are grade A+, the tour, unit, access and terms were perfect. There's definitely a reason they are top rated. This is the kind of business that invests in itself and it shows. They are easily accessible from the the Subway and next to the highway. They also sell boxes, locks, tape and more and very fair prices. The loading and unloading dock can easily accept and semi and there's plenty of parking. Defiantly choose these fantastic people.

My husband and I used this storage space for about two years after we got engaged and moved in together. Every time we came here, we were able to park our car inside their lot. Maybe we got lucky because usually there was only one spot left. Just about every employee we dealt with was nice and helpful except for one guy. Their hours are pretty convenient too. The price of our space did go up once or twice over the two years we had our things in there but still we're glad we had a safe and clean space to keep our stuff.

I am recommended these place 100% the employers are very understanding and help full Rich and Patrika help me to find big unit We move from two bedrooms apartment to one bedroom and it was only hope for storage to put everything what not feet to apartment. I get real help with move Rich and Patrika they very professional and friendly and it was great experience and good deal money wise .

I'm renting space from Extra Space in Bay Ridge for a second time. The person at the front desk was very friendly. I reserved the space online. I got the "half month off" for the first month, but by the time I paid the one-time setup fee, my first payment was only slightly less than a full month's rent. You are also required to pay for insurance, which ended up being $10 more per month (though you could pay more for more better coverage.) I had a good experience when I rented my unit. They were courteous and very helpful. When I first moved in they gave me a different unit than the one I agreed upon when I signed up. But that was only because some of some bad rain that hit our area and the unit I originally signed up for had a window that leaked. A) the building is really clean. No idea what other people are complaining about. Everything look freshly painted, and the halls couldn't have been cleaner. I've rented a lot of storage units over the years, and this was perhaps the cleanest I've ever seen. B) I've used this company in the past, but in a different city. I overlooked the monthly for 2 months and I have to say they still treated me like a rock star when I walked in! It was nice to know that my stuff was not sold at auction. They called me and I never got the call for some reason. They waited until I came in. They were so nice to me. As if they really did not want to sell my stuff on me. I really love doing business with them. It's expensive but its worth it. Great team!!!

This facility needs to be investigated. I have been paying for two storage units that were supposed to be "temperature controlled ". It took two years to get the temperature below 95 degrees during the summertime. Management not helpful at all. Last week rats /mice have been eating the furniture in my unit. Today, the lights in halls to unit will not stay on. No flashlights or back up lighting . No help from management. No phone numbers given to me by management for help at a corporate level. Nicely kept but customer service was awful. What should have taken 20 minutes took 1.5 hrs. Technical difficulties, incompetent rep., re/doing contracts -blablabla. Once you are done dealing with staff is smooth sailing.
