From my first phone call to meeting the employee at Extra Space Storage I was extremely pleased with the customer service that I received. All questions that I asked were clearly explained to me. The unit that I rented was very clean and the employee walked with me to the unit that I was renting.
It was a great 5+ rating primarily because of the helpful employees all the way from registration, securing the unit, to offloading into the unit. Everyone was at their best.
