The storage facility is a little more expensive than others but the staff here are the best in business. They always tend to their customer's needs and they're always smiling. Genuinely good people. The location is prime real estate and the security is top notch. I'd definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend this business.
Four times I went to this location DURING business hours and 4 times they were CLOSED. No one there. Then FINALLY we went and we're told to wait OUTSIDE in the heat, because the "office is too crowded," as ONE other person was there and if we went in, it would be 4 people. Wow. Scary. While we waited I looked up other storage places and found far less expensive places AND one that was climate controlled. I didn't even get a chance to see units here because apparently the employees just don't want to work.

Management has absolutely no customer service. The effort of typing sounded like more than the guy on the phone had the energy to do. Could not quote prices as accurately as I could after reviewing the website, but they work there?! It's real estate. Hes there to make money, not provide service. Pushing business to competitors.

I opened a unit in February. The agreement was to pay $109 monthly. 2 months later, they raised my rates to $186. I understand that rate increases happen. I would expect it to be a yearly increase. Perhaps even 6 months. 2 months at the agreed upon rate, and then an increase of $77. That's 70%. When I tried going in to ask about it, their computers were conveniently not working. I'm updating my review. I ended up keeping things in my storage shed way to long! Ugh! My rent slowly creeped up over the year and 1/2 I had my stuff in this place. I was paying around $250 a month when I finally decided I needed to get rid of some stuff and move out. Of course, it was not drama free.
