From my first inquiring phone call to a follow up call from Robyn Schultz, I was very impressed. I stopped by the facility later that day and was greeted by a very cheerful and professional Robyn, we talked about my needs and then I was taken on a tour. Robyn found me a perfect space where I would not have too walk to far, as I just had a knee replacement. The couple on site were super friendly and helpful with the whole process. They may have been a bit more than their competitors (like public storage) but their customer service made every cent worth it. They're right in my neighborhood, and should I ever have more storage needs I would definitely work with them again.

Awesome people! The owners are on site. They do as much as they can to accomodate you. I accidentally left a piece of furniture behind and they called me as they looked to see that I was the last to use the gate the night before. I came in once to get some items and noticed a slight smell of moth balls. (the owners cant control every little thing people bring in, nor are they able to tell who they belong to) The owner took my call very seriously and made sure to air the place out regularly. Staff is very courteous, knowledgable and extremely friendly! I've had a lot of experiences moving people and this is by far the cleanest storage facility that I have seen! The gentleman even took the time to replace a missing license plate screw for a friend while we were moving stuff into a smaller unit. Kuddos!!!
I recently moved storage areas from Public Storage to Extra Space--mostly for convenience, but also for price. I get a lot more for my money at Extra Space: cleanliness, security, access, and really, really nice people to work with. I appreciated how professionally run the place is and what an easy and pleasant experience it was to set up a new account. HIGHLY recommend.
The husband and wife team at this facility really know what they are doing. Extra Space Storage is huge, clean, and well lit. Only one down fall I would have to say is the layout. Great job overall Extra Space!!
I had to move a three bedroom house into storage between the sale of one house and possession of the next a few weeks later. I wasn't sure what size of unit I would need, and the staff here was very helpful. I was able to reserve two units, only needed one, and didn't have to pay to reserve/hold the second one. The units are clean, as is the property. I didn't lock my door the right way when leaving one day and promptly got a call from the manager.
