I am so happy with this location. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Felix the manager. He is awesome! Always so accommodating and answering all my questions. After looking and calling a bunch of local storage places to park our RV in Huntington Beach, we finally came across Extra Space Storage - right next to the 405 freeway. We had called Extra Space Storage for a price quote and was provided the best quote with great security, which also emailed us the quote to confirm price. Felix was awesome! Even with a distraction of a fire and fire department he got my new storage unit set up easily and fast. Awesome job!
Felix and Brian are super helpful. My first time using a storage facility, but as we prices around, Felix was the most helpful guy from all the other companies. We checked out a couple different companies but again he was really nice and took the time to explain all the details. I even called back several times with different questions, before and after I moved my stuff into the unit and each time they answered politely, and with a smile. Highly recommend these guys. And location is convenient and close to freeway.
So it had been a rough week for me having to figure out where I was going to store my stuff and where I was going to stay but I requested a quote online for a 7x10 unit and was given a good price. I came in Saturday morning and Felix was there to help with my sticky situation. Felix was nothing but kind and helpful, the facilities felt safe with all the codes you have to input.
