Worst storage company ever. Avoid at all costs. They way over charge and no out of the blue no longer have a place for LONG TIME customers to put trash. Absolute BS. And their staff is extremely rude.

This is not the right address! The right address is 8041 Edinger Westminster, CA, 92648 This his storage place used to be another storage place ane Life Storage and they changed to Extra Space storage. I got a deal (Black Friday deal online) I called the 800 number and made a reservation and I got the deal, got my email and all Information regarding the unit. I had my stuff in this storage location for less than 3 months and there were multiple break ins! My garage was broken in to (there was a lock on it). Come to find out, there are NO cameras in the halls where the storage garages are!!!! So, when someone breaks in they can't see. And they won't tell you they've had break ins, unless it's your specific garage! You've been warned!

The place is run by a serious group of thieves. I lost many belongings. The guy in the office sold me a lock. The plastic of the lock box was cut with a razor blade! They stole lamps, heaters, air purifier, kitchen utensils, vacuum robot, some boxes, and many more. The place should be investigated by the Company and the police.

The man working on 9/29/23 around 10 AM was a complete jerk. He had the nerve to tell me that he canceled my reservation and did not let me know. And then proceeded to lecture me about how this place is "a strict place with strict policies" and as he's saying this I am utterly confused and cannot believe what I'm hearing. If I could I would give this facility a 0. Extremely disappointed in this location and the managers that run this location. Extra Space corporate should look to not have them (Tom and Sham) associated with their organization. I have used extra space for over 10 years, and never once ran into this issue. I've rented with these people for years and they literally are getting worse by the day. Their customer service sux. They are judgemental. I can't get a hold of any corporate lever adviser to hear me as I'm being discriminated against by their employees. I currently have 2 units at 2 different locations and both of them are getting moved ASAP. They treat their new customer far better than their long time customers. Two days in a row (during business hours) nobody in the front office. Front door locked and customers waiting outside. Once you get to talk to someone, it may be Tom. A little snowflake that melts down when someone hangs up on him for not being able to answer questions on the phone. His manager isn't much better. Their customer service is nonexistent. I wouldn't go back there if the rent was free.

Closed out my unit after 2 years, this location was a real pain in the rear! Everytime I needed dolly it was always locked up, the numerous times I need to enter the security code to go up the elevator was so annoying! After a year and a half suddenly my monthly rate went from $54 which was supposed to be the $49 special, it went up to $88 a month!
