I have to say I was surprised on how easy renting storage was today. Nick the store manager was extremely helpful. This place has excellent customer service. I highly recommend it. I was happy to see that Uhaul was right next door to this location. It was the ideal storage location

Love Becky's Help !!(: Thank you Becky for your help / awesomeness for helping me pick the right storage size . 5 stars to Becky for making me feel safe to store my items but 4 stars for being up charged without reason ? If I can get any details but love keeping my personal belongings here , it's convenient as well as affordable

Really nice place GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & good experience I'm happy I went with them the Girl at front desk was so Helpful and made everything so simple for me I was in a hurry to get back to work cause I'm constantly busy from morning to night but I took an hour so I can get this all set up and she did it in 30 min THANK YOU

Nick is an amazing manager. He is extremely professional and is attentive to all customer needs. The area itself is extremely well secured, the upkeep is amazing and the hours of accessibility are very convenient. I was overall very satisfied with my use of this business and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great storage space in the area.

Great service!! Very nice to customers and very accommodating. Nick let me use a lock he had on-hand. I would recommend extra storage space to anyone that needs it. :)

First of all, thank you Nick! I was looking around for a storage space and let me tell you the public storage down the street has a girl with very VERY bad customer service. When I called extra space Nick was the one to answer my questions and did everything on the same day! And I say this because it was close to closing time already which was not offered online. I love the place... its my first time renting a unit my self... my parents had one along time ago at this same location.... it has improved a lot... I like the fact that it is well lighted inside and you can access your storage easily... The associated are very nice and helpful.. I love the fact that they don't pressure you into renting with them... Love them...

Spoke to Manager Nick in regards to Monthly due payment not only is he rude hes very insensitive. Not personal whatsoever and seems like he don't care about anything other than collecting a check. I asked to speak to someone in charge of him and he gave me phone number that routed back to him . So many others have complained about this idiot i do not understand why hes still working there . Hes careless and needs to work on his customers service and needs training . I will be speaking to corporate this manager is horrible.
