I've rented from this company before, though at a different location. This location is HORRIBLE. I moved in 3 days ago, and I have yet to see ANYONE working here. The unit I paid for was dirty, and the provided lock was cut open and the security seal was broken, meaning I had to pay $20 for it, though I had already purchased a better one. They are unprofessional at all and the manger there very rude and stupid they say they have the 1st month for free and when you get there they change it and i try calling the management and who ever answer he was unprofessional as well and I don't recommend it if I could not give them any star i will but it's letting me

on my first day of moving in I was charged 40$ cleaning fee. The more I made sure I didn't leave track behind I was still charged for leaving dust out. What joke. Never again

On a Saturday my family was left with a truck full of furniture. The place where we were supposed to move into got rented out from under us. Of voter didn't find this out til Saturday. So we scrambled to find storage big enough for our belongings. So we had to rent from 3 different sites. Everyone except the one on Valley were great. The gentleman I spoke with was nice got my free month and a free lock. Tells me I'm all set they're open til 10. We'll I get there at 630 . My storage is locked! No one to help nothing. Nick is a good manager and gets back to customers quickly. The place is well kept and safe, from what I have seen. Unfortunately, MY rates have increased over 115% from 2015. Yes, that's DOUBLE. Within the first 6 months, they went up 40%. I'm actually positive that I could rent an apartment in the neighborhood for LESS for the square footage I pay for (two units). I began using Extra Space Storage in March 2011. Without disclosing actual rates let me simply give you the pertinent information. Based on what I currently pay and what I paid in 2011 my rates have increased 63.52%. Compared to the CPI (the most used index for determining inflation) the cost of living has increased by 8.5% for the same time period. You do the math and ask yourself if this is worth the cost of storing "stuff".
