I have been with them for over a year and some how I did not lock my storage properly. I got a voicemail saying that the place was not secure. I got to the storage and the guys inside were so helpful. I looked and did not see anything, so when I went to tell them, they came out and showed me where I missed what I was suppose to be looking. I am so grateful for their professionalism and thoughtfulness that I had to share. Thank you Extra Space Storage for looking out for your customers.

I recommend Extra Space Storage if you want to store your stuff in a safe and clean place. Juan is friendly and has great customer service, you will catch him sweeping and mopping the place. He is honestly the best!

I've been with his location for over 5 years. They were always very helpful, property always clean. Tanner Anderson the storage manager was extremely helpful With coordinating our out of state move and clearing out our units. very helpful customer service, highly recommend this location! Nice facility--clean, well kept. Good hours. I had a 10 x 15 ground unit; so, very easy access. I recommend them. The staff seemed cheerful and efficient--especially Joey, who has a Brooklyn accent a mile long. One thing. DON'T DO WHAT I DID. You have to give a 10 day notice of your vacate date, which you can do easily on their web page. I neglected all those things and gave notice at the office on the day I moved out. The office person gave me a break and pro-rated the extra time. BUT, they don't have to do so. ... read more
