This review is way overdue. I didn't know how to rate this facility since I didn't have anything recent to compare it to. I did think the price was a little high in the beginning until I went to a different storage company and paid more for a smaller storage unit in a not so great area. Need a storage space on the fly and Rosa was there to ease any concerns for not having a plan. Rosa is awesome!
Had a very bad customer service experience with Public Storage and decided to move to a new storage company. Did my due diligence in the area and came across this Extra Space Storage store. Although a little worn, the facility was adequate for my needs, had availability of a convenient unit and was secure and clean. This place is very spacious and the price is very reasonable. I like this storage place, because it's nearby and has easy access whenever I need it.
service is great. people are great! but do not rent here!!! ive been in this storage for 4 month and received an $80 rent increase!!! rip offf!!! for what?? just to rip you off!!! so ridiculous!! i will get my stuff out by next month because they are just ripping people off!!!
