BEWARE!!!!!! They raised the price of our unit by $120 a month!!!!!! We've only been there 13 months and when I first rented it, the price was very decent and I was told it was that price for a year. 5 months later they tried to raise it $80 a month!! A very nice lady got it reduced to $40, which is still too much but 8 months later they raised it another $80 stating it's "market value". I only had to return a Uhaul truck. I did not need any storage space. The front desk clerk was very helpful with my return. I can not give a review of the business because I did not need that service.
I am here now at our storage premium paying large spot, opened it up to all of our stuff covered in dust!!! Why pay premium to have all of our sacred stuff covered in dust/soot!? it's such a tremendous disappointment. and the prices went up!? What the heck!!! no no no this is not ok!!! The longer I am here, the more I feel to take this place to small claims court. IN SO SO SO MAD!!!

The worst customer service ever. 20 late fee for a 50 box. They will steal money from you all the time
Dishonest business model - totally opaque pricing scheme, with random price increases and no apparent ceiling. Avoid like the plague!
DO NOT GO HERE. That is your warning. The price was about $10 under what anyone else was offering but trust me, spend the money and go elsewhere! All of my things were covered or boxed and still came back BUG INFESTED. My boxes, couches, everything was full of roaches, crickets, ants, etc. the unit itself had spider webs and spiders as well. The staff is not so friendly after you're already signed up. I will never go back no matter the price.
I have been renting here several years with no complaints. However, the past month and a half the air conditioning is not working, and I was not notified. It would s 109 degrees outside, come on people! All of the contents in my unit are ruined and all the manager says it s that she is waiting for the DM to get it fixed. Unacceptable! Do not waste your money if you value the items you plan to store. ,
The staff is ok, the prices a bit much, especially since the 'air-cooled units' felt like they were cooled with 114 degree desert air. It had to be 95 in the building. Way too hot to advertise as air cooled. We had a 10x10 unit upstairs. It came out to around $80 a month. No contracts, which is nice, but pricey for us.
