This is my third time utilizing this location. Extra Space Storage employee Jim helped us at the Gravois location all three times. He was very helpful. I was definitely in a bind as another storage unit at another storage provider fell through and was not accessible. I called this location at the last minute and Jim waited around for me to allow me to get a unit for my family members possessions.
