Super easy to get into a unit and the staff was so friendly! I thought I would have to clean my unit so I took a broom just in case but it was spotless!

Extra Space has been very accommodating to my needs both online and in person. There staff is amazing both over the phone and in person, making time for me on my time (i work 12 hour days 4 to 5 days a week) they are awesome!! Thank you for your help.

Amazing Customer Service, super friendly and respectful! Clean on the outsides of units! My unit was super easy to find they easily explain everything to you about your contract/lease!

They’re system wasn’t working, so I couldn’t do the signup and rental over the phone. They had me come into their office to do the paperwork and it was clean and they had safety precautions in place. Very helpful and straight forward. I didn’t have the option of moving another day, so they made it work, even thought their system was down! The init was also very clean.

I am absolutely thrilled to have them as my storage I would highly recommend this to anyone else that is currently looking for security cleanliness on-site management it's been truly a wonderful blessing to have them it's one less thing I have to worry about
