I have been with Extra Space Storage for a while now, and while they have always been helpful , Cindy goes above and beyond. She is so helpful and always looking out, both on the property, and looking out for me as a customer, reminding me when I'm late, helping me out when I forget my login (lol) she is absolutely amazing ! Thank you Cindy 😊!

I’m honestly not sure if I’d recommend, I have used their storage facility for 1 yr before and around 2 yrs this time and I just found out that other storage facilities have power outlets and lighting inside of their storage units! When I pay around $200 a month for mine and I definitely do not have either luxury!! Which would’ve been very helpful!! The staff has usually been nice to deal with, the facility is clean and I didn’t have any problems other than I feel it was very expensive!! Especially for NOT having any “extra’s” included with that high price! And if you do rent here, make sure to pay your bill * on time * because the fees add up very quickly and they REFUSE to take them off! So, if you are late, there’s an extra $100 bucks pretty much! So you may make your own decision on wether or not it’s worth it. I finally decided it was way too expensive and sold some of my stuff, gave some stuff away and am currently trying to make room for the rest of my stuff because I’ve decided that I will no longer pay the outrageous monthly payments anymore!

Super easy to get into a unit and the staff was so friendly! I thought I would have to clean my unit so I took a broom just in case but it was spotless!

Extra Space has been very accommodating to my needs both online and in person. There staff is amazing both over the phone and in person, making time for me on my time (i work 12 hour days 4 to 5 days a week) they are awesome!! Thank you for your help.
