Kristy, who was onsite the day I rented, was great. I have rented at ESS in Phoenix, and always found the experience great- ample carts for use and transport, and always attentive to our needs. The space I got is great- and very affordable for my budget.

I have never had any trouble with this storage facility. My family has been renting units for at least 3 years. Only issue we had was when someone ran into the gate door.

The staff was super fast and friendly. They showed me the unit and helped me with the best fit. I thought I needed a larger and more expensive unit then I actually needed and they assisted me to pick the right option. Highly recommend.
