***** RUN as fast as you can***** If you pay ahead of time for your storage and do not use the whole 12 months you'll never see your refund for the months you don't end up using. My husband and I paid 1 year ahead for our storage unit. We've had 2 months that we won't use and due our refund (per extra storage space policy) We've been trying to get our refund since 7/18/23. The managers says 7-10 business days for a refund and we have yet to see any deposits on our account. Every time I call a manager has no idea what is go... read more

Extra Space Storage keeps going extremely high in their prices. It's a regular thing. Is there a ceiling on how high the company can go? Number one, I'll bet there isn't and number two, if there is, I'll bet it's out of this world. I'm just waiting to be told that the price for rental on my unit is going up again, I know I will have to leave because my wages don't go up each time the rent is raised. It's frustrating.
