We are in the process of relocating and really needed a place to store some of our items we weren’t ready to part with. This facility was very helpful in making this process easy. Tiffany and Asia were so friendly and a breeze to work with. Good customer service is rare these days, so it was refreshing to experience their friendly attitude! Will continue to do business here in the future!
When there to rent aome extra storage during a renovation in our home. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tiffany. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Overall a great person experience. The place its of is convenient, well maintained and secure. The pricing also seemed quite fair. Great place and great people.
Amazing experience. The team goes above and beyond to meet customer needs and demand. They are fast, reliable, efficient and above all trusting. Asia (the store manager) does an amazing job A-Z. Very please and highly recommend to all for your storage needs!
So far so good. My first foray into off-site storage. Tiffany was an outstanding source of guidance and information. Having done some homework and personally interviewed several good people representing off-site self-storage enterprises, I found Tiffany to be the cream of the crop. Personable, knowledgable, and patient, she made me feel comfortable coming in the door. I do not yet have any long-term experiences with Extra-Space to be a reliable source of feedback on that part of the operation.
I’ve had a storage unit here for about a year and a half and it’s extremely peaceful, always clean, and the staff is always kind. Tiffany is also especially helpful, and always has a great big smile on her face! The manager Asia has been extremely helpful whenever I’ve needed it, there’s also always parking and I’ve truly never had any issues, it’s always been an extremely pleasant experience.
