I gave them a 5 star rating because. 1. The manager of the storage unit I rent is one of the most user friendly people I have had the privilege to work with. 2. The whole facilities are spotless and clean. That to me is a reflection on the the standards the management overseeing the space requires. 3. Easy access 24x7 and the security is spot on also. 3.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Units are very clean and well maintained.
The service at Extra Space Storage on the South Hill is superior. Grant the manager was extremely helpful in securing a space for my RV and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend this facility!
