The move in process was quick and easy. Working with Grant was wonderful! The unit, building, and property are all very clean and well kept. I feel great keeping my stuff stored here.

Deceptive and dishonest pricing practices. No security for two months due to front gate being broken and left open. I rented a 5x10 storage unit for $49 a month. This was the regular advertised price on their website. A few months later I received notification of $49 per month price increase to $98 due to a market price adjustment. I decided to look for a new storage unit. I found that extra space had 5x10 units listed for $47 (reg $49). Apparently the market adjustment increase did not apply to all units.
