Dereck showed professionalism and compassion as I expressed I needed another day to move my belongings out of storage due to my mother passing. Every time I called. Dereck calming voice was right there to show his understanding and be of help in anyway he could. On moving day Derek greeted my son and I told us if he could be of assistance let him know.
