The customer service I received from Derek was excellent👌 His professionalism and knowledge of storage units is beyond exceptional. It relieved me of my stress and fears in regards to using storage units. The fact that the place is new and very clean was also a deciding factor. Truly a great experience from start to finish. The service rep I dealt with walked me through the entire process quickly and easily. I received a text with all of the directions for accessing my new unit which was great so I didn’t even have to walk into the office (during COVID). The best part was that they had a brand new lock waiting for me in the unit and they were thoughtful enough to cut the package open.
