Derek was helpful and courteous, explaining how the unit/gate worked, and came to the unit to check on the move in and to ensure the lock worked correctly.

My only disappointment is when I decide to sign out of my contract with the storage company I'm stuck with a key that I can't use anymore cus it just made only for the door on that storage

Very simple online lease process the manager was helpful and understanding on what my needs were in getting the right size unit easy locking on door plenty of light in unit to see everything I strongly recommend this place to anyone who cares about getting a A++++ storage for the right price and not feel like u are getting ripped off thanks again Extra Space Storage
