I’ve been out of town for almost 4 months. I had I forgot my pass code, the people at the front desk were very accommodating. I was able to get in my locker within minutes. I appreciated that. These guys have been really nice and accommodating and in a friendly manner. Sincerely, Joanne.

This was my first time using Extra Space Storage and I will definitely use them again. The online as well as the office process were great. When i was ready to leave it was too easy. Bob was there on the dang spot, i actually thought i was at a chic fil a store, Chic fil A customer service is always top notch, and Bob was above that level. I almost thought i was on an episode of PUNKed. The units are clean and super secure. I will continue to recommend this outstanding organization!!!!!!!
