Bob was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent service. Patiently, he worked with me until we figured out the unit size, explained everything to me in detail and kept on following up with me to make sure I’m good to go.

The two Extra Space storage facilities I've used have always been clean, updated, facilities with very friendly staff and an expedited process for renting a space and checking out of a space.

Renting a storage space at the Extra Space Storage in my town is a good experience. The customer representatives at my location were courteous and friendly and provided me with all of the answers I had asked and had some solutions for my particular situation. The ExtraSpace location in Woodbridge, VA was also clean and I felt that my items were secure at the facility.
