RecommendedI loved that they were very helpful. I had troubles getting my online rental to work and Bob was super helpful and stayed on the phone until the rental went through. They think of small details, such as pre-cutting the lock I purchased so it was easy for me to open when I arrived at the storage unit. Good customer service goes a long way with me. Great customer service secures my loyalties for life. Thank you for going above and beyond with helping me get this unit!
