I had a very unpleasant interaction with the office manager in Somersworth, NH, who I tried to speak with. I had gone into the office with my son to talk about his bill and make a payment. I wanted to ask her some questions and talk to her and give her some feedback about the Somersworth facility. She told me she would not talk to me as I was not a customer and dismissed me. She said she had a telephone conversation with my son on Tuesday and put the call on speakerphone so anyone in the office could hear. (privacy issue?). ... read more

Started off with prime storage which was apparently bought out by this place. Have been there less than 6 months and they are already increasing it by $57 due to “market value research”. In other words just a way for the big wigs to line their pockets. Also they do this “market research” a couple times per year which means that what? That it can continue to go up.
