Very clean facility with great customer service. Every question I asked was all answered and very informative.
Robby & Rebecca are the best! They took the time to show my mom and I all of our options for units -- different sizes, locations, and floors. Even let us look at the same unit multiple times to make sure we felt solid about our unit choice. So friendly, so helpful, & honestly hilarious too. 10/10 would recommend.

The facility on Creekside is clean, secure, and access is easy. Robbie made the check-in process easy and quick and was completely candid about the industry-wide practice of boosting prices after the teaser rate. I paid ahead for 6 months to limit the damage. The only solution is to just move when it gets too bad.

Had to move in same day, Rebecca did a fantastic job setting up everything and made the process extra smooth. The facility is very clean and secure, with climate control, so no worries about my stuff.

Staff is amazing but when I went from $88 to $170 after 4 months I had to leave. Staff was friendly and said they could make a deal but that's not the point I shouldn't have to make a deal because the company just doubles the prices- how many people are on automatic payments and do even notice the rate increase Ok for short term but anything over 4 months be prepared to see price double

very nice storage units, but had to move out, 10x10 unit just went up from $188mo to $266mo, Robby and Adam were very helpful in navigating our options and lowered the price temporarily to help reduce the expense of our last month

I needed a clean, climate controlled storage unit to store some electronics for a few months. From the time I walked in and talked with Robby to the time I moved my things out, I was impressed. The facilities were clean and secure. I will use them again and highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
