I highly recommend this storage place in Streamside Dr. Santa Rosa! It's very clean, well organized and safe. The personnel are so helpful and knowledgeable of their services. I never had a problem with them. I feel so grateful for everything they've done for me particularly Robby who is the manager!

The people we talked to one the phone helped us set our account and made it so quick and easy. And they were very kind. The facility itself was safe, well-lit, and clean. We found everything just as described.

Great experience with their team. After a little mixup (on my part not theirs) it was corrected. Moved out before my free month was up. But I would rent with them again if needed. I like the security of the place. Of course you need a code to Come in but you can't go to any other levels if your code doesn't authorize you to be on that floor. The locks are not like your typical lock. And always friendly staff.

I relocated from up north and needed to set up everything online so was unable to check any places out in person. I chose this Extra Space location based off the reviews I read about it being clean and safe. I was so relieved when I arrived at 6:30am with a stuffed u-haul to see that it was exactly as described, plus a few extra happy surprises: * The facility is very clean. The front office staff is personable and helpful, and the facility itself is almost new. However, as others have pointed out, they have a "bait and switch" business model. The rent on my small unit almost doubled after three months ($97 to $162). Since I had read similar Yelp reviews, when renting my unit, I asked them if that was true. They assured me that was not true.

The place is nice and clean, unfortunately they get you in with low introductory rates. Then raise them every few months by a lot. They aren't completely honest about this when renting.
