After 3 months renting at Extra Space Storage I received a post card informing me of a rent increase of 37%. This appeared to be standard business practice for them. Initially I was offered a month free rent as a promo. I moved in and found staff pleasant and facilities terrific. But kicking the rent up like that was crap and the postcard notification was off putting. I found a better business environment elsewhere. I will not be back and I would never recommend this business.
