Fred F was very helpful in helping me get started and answering all my many questions. He also took the time to add my husband to contract to ensure there are no problems if he should be the one to request service.
I wholly appreciate the customer service representatives, who are genuine about serving and keeping our interests in perspective. We have had three items replaced now, a whole house heat pump system, an electric range oven, and a microwave and the arrangements made for replacement, including two check payment was 100 % correct.

Renewed my residential home warranty with Landmark this week. Fred F helped me out. He quickly gave me the information I needed and it was great experience. I have had a Landmark warranty since I bought the home in 2015 and the company has been very prompt and helpful on the few occasions there have been issues.
