I have had previous dealings with other home warranty companies, but they do not compare (AT ALL) to Landmark. Keanna C (my service rep) was AMAZING! She had answers to all my questions, found the plan that best suited my needs, and was just great to talk to overall! Landmark's prices, length of contract, and waiting period for coverage were all better that the previous home warranty companies that I have bought from. I highly recommend Landmark - and Keanna!
Awesome service. They never deny a claim like many other home warranties. They answer the phone fast. Employees are friendly.
