When I have issues with my home, they have very responsive to my requests whether is a request for warranty service or a referral for repair estimate.

Not much coverage: our water heater was leaking water and had a gas leak and it wasn't a priority because it still made hot water. Only have it because it came with sale of house. Seems to not be worth the pay.

I called Landmark with some issues and concerns. I was connected to Kenneth. I very much dislike calling Landmark because I think that landmark has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
